Acnecinamide Capsule is designed to provide effective oral therapy in acne vulgaris and in acne prone skin. The active ingredients of Acnecinamide Capsule are;

Acnecinamide Capsule is a safe, effective and new alternative to oral acne therapy. Acnecinamide Capsule has anti-inflammatory effects on acne lesions, decreases excessive sebum production and inhibits the growth of P. acne bacteria. Niacinamide and zinc have anti-inflammatory activity against inflammatory skin diseases and controls the inflammatory activity in acne vulgaris and treat the acne lesions. Zinc has also demonstrated to have an inhibitory effect on the lipase of the three P. acnes species found in human sebaceous follicles. Green tea EGCG extract effectively blocks 5-alpha reductase and controls the production of more active form of testosterone, known as dihydrotestosterone. The inhibitory activity of EGCG in Acnecinamide Capsule decreases excessive sebum production in sebaceous glands by acting against 5-alpha reductase enzyme. The anti-inflammatory activity of EGCG in skin prevents infiltration of inflammatory cells and manages inflammatory lesions in acne vulgaris.
